The recipe is easy and quick, making it perfect for those spring and summer days by the pool. If you’ve ever been sitting by the oven watching (what will be) a poolside snack while friends and family are enjoying the pool, then you know the importance of a quick recipe. The combination of great flavor and convenience ranks this poolside recipe at the top of our list.
Skinny Poolside Dip
Ingredients:
Half a can of chopped black olives
Low-Fat Cream Cheese
1 Packet of Ranch Seasoning (powder)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Can of Yellow Corn
2 Jalapenos
1 Box of Triscuits
Tools:
Cutting Knife
Mixing Bowl
Spatula or Spoon
Cutting Board
Step 1:
Begin by finely chopping your bell pepper and jalapenos.
Tip: Remove the seeds of the jalapenos to for a mild dip.
Step 2:
Take your chopped produce and add to a mixing bowl along with your cream cheese, olives, corn, and ranch dip. Make sure you drain your olives and corn before adding to you mixing bowl.
Tip: Leave your cream cheese out until it reaches room temperature for easy mixing.
Step 3:
Mix with a spatula or large spoon until desired consistency, serve with some Triscuits and your done. A recipe with little efforts and big rewards!
Tip: Place in fridge for a cool refreshing poolside dip.
