- 2 zucchinis
- Arrabiata Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- Shredded Cheese
- Cooking Oil
- Desired toppings (onions, olives, pepperoni, etc…)
Turn on oven, broil, high
Lightly oil a baking tray
Cut your zucchini into small circles and place in oiled pan as shown
Apply your Arrabiata Sauce.
note: apply in small dabs with a spoon
Apply garlic powder and dried oregano seasonings to each zucchini slice
Apply your toppings: pepperoni, onion, olive etc along with shredded cheese.
Note: pinch the shredded cheese with fingers to keep cheese from falling off zucchini bites
Place baking sheet in the oven for 3-5 minutes and your done!
